Kearwood Gilbert 7e38a4c311 Added more files to CMakeLists.
Replaced KRHitInfo references with hitinfo.
Updated AudioUnitSampleType to always use floats as the Canonical types have been deprecated.  Int audio types no longer needed for ios.
